Celmet® Porous Metal

Celmet® metal is a new material, and the unique metal which has maximum 98% porosity, having a three-dimensional network structure like sponge. It has much larger porosity compared to sintered metals produced by metal powder or metal fiber.

Because of this unique feature, Celmet® metal is adopted widely in a variety of industrial fields, such as electrodes of Ni-MH battery, oil mist separators, and carriers of industrial deodorizer catalyst.
